Important:

• Peace and quiet: Please do not play loud music that might disturb other guests. No loud noise after 10:30pm.
• Children and pets must be under parental control at all times.
• Riding of any animals on the farm is at the guests own risk.
  If permission is given for a pet, all its droppings etc must be removed immediately by the pets owner !
• We have game on the farm such as eland, gemsbok, bontebok, springbok, ostriches etc. you can wander around in the game enclosure te see them at your own risk.
• Damage or losses caused by guests or their pets will be for the guests account

No cottage is reserved unless payments have been received by due date. If the deposit is not made on time the accommodation may be offered to other guests.

Cottages are hired for 6 guests, extra guests staying pay R100.00 per night (max 2 extra guests per cottage )

Please do not arrive at the farm unless the full amount has been paid into our bank !!

Please bring all groceries etc with you as the nearest good supermarket is at Piketberg 55km away.

Use of the walking trails & wandering around the farm is free for cottage guests at their own risk.

Guests are welcome to stay in the cottages until late afternoon on Sundays (if departing).(10am on week days.)

Deposits: In the event of the accomodation not being available (fire,double-booking etc) all money received will be refunded immediately.

Petrol/Diesel for your car: Please fill your tank at the last big town (Piketberg, Veldrif, Citrusdal etc)

We suppply: All linen & bedding, fully equipt kitchen, braai's etc. WE DO NOT SUPPLY ANY TOWELS.

Smoking: No smoking watsoever is allowed inside the cottages. Please put all your stompies in the bin.

Television/cell phones: There are no TV in the cottages but there is TV reception. Cell-phones work fine at the cottages

Braai: Do not braai inside the cottages, there are mobile braai's outside each cottages for the purpose.

Cottages appliances etc. Air-conditioner, refrigirator,deep-freeze,microwave,toaster, elec kettle, oven hot plate, braai.

Fire wood: Please bring some firewood as it may not be immediately available when you arrive at the farm.
Firewood is sold for cash on the farm, please pay Frans when you receive the wood.

Items to bring along: Insect repellant, fire-lighters, food, refreshments, wine glasses, sun-cream, hats, bath/swim towels,
binoculars, torch, candles, bathing costumes, hiking boots, sugar-lumps for the horses.
